Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over $100.

International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, tariffs or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country.

Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

To request a return, please complete our contact form. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees:

  • We are unable to provide return labels. You must ship the item back using your local postal service.

    Once approved and received, your return will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping shipping fees.

Update/Cancel Order

Once your order is being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to make changes.

If it has not been fulfilled yet, please complete our contact form with your order number and requested changes.

Orders cannot be changed after fulfillment.
